For most of us, the journey into self-love and acceptance takes time. I think it's a lifelong practice and a path we must continuously choose, day in and day out.
The fact is, we're human, and that's a beautiful thing. Part of being human means feeling things like jealousy, doubt, fear or insecurities. It's all OK, and I'm not here to teach you how to make those feelings go away, because it's actually an amazing part of our human experience!
I DO, however, want to give you tools to help you realize your unique beauty, strength, courage and baddassery AMONG any feelings of jealousy, doubt, fear or insecurities.
At any given moment, there can be so many messages flying at us that can make those negative feelings creep up. Maybe it's a passive aggressive email or an Instagram post that makes you a teeny bit jealous. Whatever the messages are, they're pretty unavoidable unless you're living in the forest under a rock (which may seem ideal some days ;) ) These feelings don't have to throw us into a negative spiral, though it takes practice. Choosing self-love and acceptance is a muscle we can strengthen over time, and I wanted to give you a little kickstart.
One of the simplest yet most powerful exercises I (and my clients) have done to flex this muscle is writing short + simple self-love notes. They can serve as sweet little reminders how beautiful, unique, badass, kind and amazing each of us are.
I believe in this practice so much that I created printable self-love notes just for you!
All you have to do is put in your name + email below, and they'll be waiting in your inbox.
Included are 18 pre-made notes and 10 blank boxes so you can customize them any way your heart desires.
After printing + cutting out, try sticking them in places you'd look often: on your desk, taped on the bathroom mirror or tucked in your desk drawer. Whatever works for you!
My hope is these brief reminders take you one step closer toward becoming your own best friend.
Happy love noting!

P.S. I'd love to see how you're using your notes! Snap a photo and use the hashtag #bodyloveclub.
